Enrique studied fine arts at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Recording, La Esmeralda in Mexico City. He has exhibited at the Center of Documentation at Casa Vecina and the Living Archive at the experimental Museum El Eco among others. He received a scholarship from the FONCA Young Creators program in 2012. He has been head of the Center of Documentation at the Tamayo Museum and the coordinator of the Fanzinoteca program at the University Museum El Chopo. He has lead workshops at the Jumex Collection, Casa del Lago, Tamayo Museum, La Esmeralda, as well as other institutions. His work investigates the self-management and circulation of content by crossing between music and drawing. He has collaborated with inSite/Casa Gallina in the Saberes area since October 2015.
