RaulArmandoHe studied gastronomy in New York and has worked for very important restaurants, such as Lasarte Oria in Spain and Pure Food & Wine in New York. He has contributed to the creation and development of menus for health restaurants, and has also coordinated healthy eating workshops for underprivileged people at community centers in Chihuahua. He is currently a professor of Raw Food and Food Based on Vegetables at the Asociación Internacional de Nutrición para el Bienestar Humano (AINBH, as per Spanish acronym).
