Tania Hidalgo is a nutritionist specializing in high-performance athletes and in eating disorders. Her clinical experience covers treatments for patients suffering from anorexia, bulimia, obesity, and binge eating disorders. She has developed cyclic menus and therapeutic feeding centers, and has taught nutritional education workshops, yoga, and menu design. She is currently a professor at the Colegio Superior de Gastronomía. Tania Hidalgo coordinated the Cooking and Nutrition workshop for parents and children at Casa Gallina.
