LulaJulio14Lulachef, originally from Mexico City, is executive chef for the HSBC dining room. She also participates in social and sustainable projects promoted by the bank, and serves as a spokesperson for it. She is a partner and chef at Restaurant Roca and of a new culinary project called Carbón (Coal), located in the Mercado Roma. She has participated in festivals, food fairs, conferences and television programs. She has been a spokesperson for various brands and is the author of Lulachef Mexico Contempo, which has received several awards. She is also author of the book collection Cocina Esencial (Essential Kitchen).
