With a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy from UNAM, Mora is currently studying basic herbalism at the Instituto Tzapin of the Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo, and Interdisciplinary Research on Environmental Sustainability (2015 promotion) at the University and Education Research Institute of UNAM. She has participated in public and private projects centered on human rights, popular education and urban agriculture. She is a founding member and pedagogical manager of La Medicinal group. She received a grant from the Secretaría de Desarrollo Rural y Equidad para las Comunidades (SEDEREC) to promote the use of traditional and herbal medicine. She collaborated with Casa Gallina teaching sessions on the uses and preparation of medicinal plants in the Herbal Workshop.
