Iván Icra Salicrú is a baking chef with over eighteen years of experience, specialized on hospitality for diners. Iván is also an expert in opening restaurants, on planning events, costs, menu design, and quality control. He was operations manager for the chef Giorgio Locatelli, and deputy director at Kitchen Theory. He is also a founding member of Cookbooth, an application for a social network that links professional chefs with food lovers to share experiences and knowledge. He collaborates in Casa Gallina as a consultant to the Food Business Management Program for establishments in the barrio.
