In November, during Cadu’s third residency, the artist presented his work at the Museo Experimental El Eco (The Echo Experimental Museum). Titled Tap-dance negativo (Negative Tap-dance), it shows Cadu’s works made over the past five years, in which his personal poetic of time is evident. Also evident are the systematized and programmatic languages that generate feelings and/or perceptions that are different from their original function or specific rationality. This museum’s distinctive policies have clearly favored artistic languages, in which creativity, criticism and trans-disciplinary flexibility are capable of establishing a dialogue with reality in a contemporary context.
